At the core of the M-GH20-PEDESTAL-TK is a motorized elevation system that enables effortless height adjustments with just a button press. Operated through a wired remote controller, users can fine-tune the height in real-time, ensuring accurate adjustments during shoots. The ease of use provided by the remote ensures that the operator can focus on capturing the perfect shot without the need for manual interference.

With a payload capacity of 44 lbs, the M-GH20-PEDESTAL-TK can securely support a variety of camera systems and accessories, including Ikan’s largest & heaviest teleprompter systems. The system is designed to handle a wide range of traditional cameras and related gear, ensuring both flexibility and durability in demanding environments. 

Extended Working Height

The M-GH20-PEDESTAL-TK allows users to shoot at elevated angles with its maximum working height of up to 8.1 feet. Its column can be adjusted smoothly, with a stroke of 23.6 inches, making it suitable for dynamic movements or static high-angle shots, expanding the creative possibilities for any video production. 

Controller Clamp

The height adjustment controller can be mounted directly onto the panhandle thanks to an included clamp. This makes height adjustment in-between shots or while filming much more convenient. Videographers can perform vertical parallax camera movements thanks to the smooth motion of the motorized column and convenient placement of the height controller.

Quick Positioning with Preset Height Positions

Efficiency is further enhanced by the system’s ability to store and recall three preset height positions. This feature enables quick switching between frequently used elevations, saving valuable time during shoots that require repetitive positioning. The intuitive wired remote controller makes it easy to program and select these presets, ensuring consistent framing and composition across different takes. 

COUNTERBALANCE

Counterbalance is a crucial feature in video camera tripods, enhancing stability and facilitating smooth camera movements. The fluid head provides smooth panning and tilting and provides 8 levels of adjustable counterbalance up to 44 lbs.

100MM BOWL

The fluid head includes a 100mm bowl mount with a twist lock to secure the teleprompter and camera payload. This standardized bowl size serves as a connection point between the tripod legs and the video head, providing a secure and versatile platform.

DUAL PANHANDLES

The dual panhandles allow you to maintain firm control on your shots. These panhandles also work perfectly for mounting zoom, focus, and iris controls. The length range for each panhandle is 16.7″ to 24″

Enhanced Stability with Quick-Release Middle Spreader

The M-GH20-PEDESTAL-TK provides stability with its quick-release middle spreader. This adjustable spreader enhances the tripod’s rigidity, reducing vibrations and providing a solid foundation for the camera setup. The design allows for quick adjustments, enabling operators to set up and break down the system efficiently. 

Mono-Lock Mechanism

To speed up the setup process, the Mono-Lock feature simplifies height adjustments by allowing both tripod legs to be adjusted simultaneously with a single twist. 

Accessory Integration

The system includes standard 1/4″ and 3/8″ screw holes, providing the flexibility to attach various accessories such as monitors, microphones, or lights directly to the tripod. This integration reduces the need for additional stands and streamlines the overall equipment setup. 

Heavy-Duty Rolling Case

This motorized pedestal comes included with a padded foam hard case with wheels, making it ideal for travelling between different filming locations. The case has six locks and a folding handle.

Extendable Up To 82ft

Optional Extension Cables are available in two different lengths, 8.2ft & 13ft. The pedestal system comes included with two 8.2ft cables, but an additional 82ft of extension can be achieved using these cables.

The M-GH20-PEDESTAL-TK’s versatility is further amplified through a range of optional accessories: 

• 260AC-03: This kit allows for seamless integration of a V-mount battery, providing a reliable power source for the motorized column and eliminating dependency on external power outlets. 
• 260AC-01: This 2.4G Bluetooth remote controller can replace the wired remote controller and will operate at a max distance of 32ft.
