• Does the LEDPoster require an external processor?
  • The LEDPoster has an internal processor, no external processor is required.

• Will the LEDPoster auto-scale my picture or video?
  • Pictures and videos need to be the correct resolution before uploaded to the LEDPoster. 1x LEDPoster = 224 x 756; 2x = 448 x 756; 3x = 672 x 756; 4x = 896 x 756; 5x = 1120 x 756; 6x = 1344 x 756; 7x = 1568 x 756; 8x = 1792 x 756

• How do I upload my files to the LEDPoster?
  • Files can be uploaded via NovaStar’s ViPlex Handy with iOS or Android or ViPlex Express with a WIndows PC.

• What ratio does my picture or video need to be in order to display properly?
  • Pictures or videos should be 224 x 756 (WxH)

• What is the max amount of LEDPoster can I connect together?
  • Up to 8 LEDPoster-P25 can be linked together.

• What do I need to connect multiple LEDPoster?
  • You can connect multiple LEDPoster with a HDMI cable.  To configure the content accordingly use either the ViPlex Handy or ViPlex Express.

• How many LEDPosters do I need to acheive 16:9 ratio? 21:9 ratio?
  • Six LEDPosters linked together will give you a resolution of 1344 x 756 which is q 16:9 ratio.  Eight LEDPosters are required for a 21:9 ratio.
