Testing the CV600 Spectrometer at Planes of Fame

September 29th, 2016|

Jay P. Morgan of The Slanted Lens recently tested out our CV600 spectrometer while interviewing a WWII veteran, Wilbur Richardson, about his book, Aluminum Castles. The CV600 is a color spectrometer as well as an exposure meter. In the video, Jay used the CV600 spectrometer to balance the different temperatures in the hanger at the Planes of Fame air museum in California. Since the CV600 is small and compact, it’s easy to take it with you wherever you need to go. How to Choose an Ikan Lighting Kit

July 26th, 2016|

When choosing a lighting kit, it’s always best to consider what you’re shooting and your overall goals for the video or photo. Since there are a variety of lighting kits to choose from at Ikan, we wanted to make it easier for you to compare them. Because of this, we are adding 5-point lighting kits as well as combo kits. The 5-point and combo light kits come in Daylight (5600K) as well as Bicolor (3200K-5600K). [...]
